The penthouse for 9 people is located in a quiet spot within walking distance of both the ski lift and the center of Viehhofen. The modern U-shaped kitchen with sleek design invites you to culinary adventures, while the large dining table with built-in bench is the ideal spot to savor the most delicious meals. After dining, you can head straight to the sauna, the spacious corner balcony, or the cozy terrace. Both the balcony and terrace offer beautiful views of the Schmittenhöhe. On the same floor, you'll find the first bedroom, equipped with a double bed and a luxurious bathroom complete with a bathtub, two sinks, and a rain shower. Upstairs, you'll find the other bedrooms: three rooms with comfortable double beds and one with a single bed. All bedrooms on this floor have access to a balcony, perfect for enjoying the morning or evening sun and the crisp mountain air. Additionally, there are two more bathrooms on this floor, each with a rain shower, sink, and toilet. What a luxurious experience!

In winter, Schmittenblick Top 4 is the ideal base. The penthouse is situated between two fantastic ski areas: Zell am See – Kaprun and the Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn. With sufficient snow, you can ski directly from the apartment, take the ski bus, and quickly reach the ZellamSeeXpress. This gondola takes you to the impressive Schmittenhöhe. Enjoy fantastic descents with the whole family in this ski area, but don't forget to take a look at Lake Zell. There are various activities to experience in, on, and around the lake. You can also take the ski bus in the other direction, towards the Saalbach ski area. There awaits an extensive ski area with 270 km of slopes. Skiers and snowboarders will find paradise here, and enthusiasts of other winter sports such as cross-country skiing or tobogganing can also indulge. Après-ski enthusiasts will find plenty of coziness here. After an active day in the great outdoors, unwind in your own sauna.

In the summer, Viehhofen transforms into a green haven. Start your day with breakfast in the sun on the terrace overlooking the mountains. Read an exciting book in the afternoon on one of the other balconies or explore the surroundings of Viehhofen. You can enjoy wonderful hiking and cycling here, as almost all hiking and biking trails are well-marked and easily accessible. For lovers of adventurous bike rides, namely mountain bikers, Saalbach-Hinterglemm and Leogang are a true paradise. Fans of archery can also fully indulge in Viehhofen.
