Online reservation and payment methods

When you have made your choice and want to make a booking or calculate the total price, click on the suitable arrival date that in the calendar. This will then take you to step 1.

Step 1: Here you specify the number of people travelling with you and add additional items and/or services to the booking. You can read information about each item by hovering over the blue i. The total price (including VAT) will be calculated automatically after you make your selection and you can see it on the left of your screen. Click on ‘next’ to go to the step two.

Step 2: You place the booking by entering your personal details and those of your Fellow travelers here.

Step 3: Check all the details and when everything is correct, send the booking by clicking on ‘book’.

Step 4: Your booking has been sent. You can print out your provisional booking if required. As soon as you have sent it, you will also receive the details by e-mail automatically. Your request will be verified within our booking system, after which you will receive an e-mail confirmation from us with the booking confirmation/invoice attached. You can look forward to receiving this e-mail within 24 hours (on weekdays).

Payment methods - your payment
After confirming your booking, you will be asked to either pay the full amount or pay a deposit. You can transfer the amount from your bank or through online payment.

Pay online
Log in on to pay your booking online. You can select various payment methods such as Maestro, VISA & Mastercard.
Once you have selected your preferred method of payment, you can pay quickly and easily in MultiSafepay's trusted payment system.
