Online reservation and payment methods
You have made your choice and want to make a final booking or calculate the total price. In the calendar overview for the relevant accommodation, select your desired arrival and departure dates and click on "book now."
Step 1: "Your composition": Here, you indicate how many people will be going on holiday. You can distinguish between the number of adults, teenagers, children, and babies. The age categories are listed. After entering your travel group, select "Save group."
Step 2: "Extras": Here, you can book additional items and/or services. For each item, you can hover your mouse over "the blue i" to read the information. The total price will be calculated automatically after selection. All prices mentioned include VAT.
Step 3: "Your data": Here, fill in your personal information as completely as possible.
Step 4: "Your booking": Check your details and tick the box if you agree to ChaletsPlus's general terms and conditions.
Step 5: Click "book now" to finalize your booking.
You have now booked. You will see the confirmation screen with all your booking details. You will also automatically receive the details via email immediately after placing the booking.
Payment
After confirming your booking, the (down) payment must be made within 7 days. You can transfer the amount via your bank, pay via the payment link in the confirmation email, or easily complete the payment by logging into your My ChaletsPlus environment.
