In winter, the apartment is ideally situated between two major ski areas: Zell am See – Kaprun and the Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn. With sufficient snow, you can ski down from the apartment and take the ski bus to the ZellamSeeXpress, which will transport you to the Schmittenhöhe. Alternatively, you can head to the Schönleitenbahn in the expansive skiing area of Saalbach. Zell am See is a family-friendly skiing destination, perfect for winter sports enthusiasts of all levels. The diverse slopes offer breathtaking views of Lake Zell. This lake also provides numerous activities. You can enjoy winter views from the water during a winter cruise or from the land on a winter hike. With a bit of luck, you might even ice skate on the lake. If you seek more challenge, the extensive skiing area around Saalbach, with 270 km of slopes, is perfect. You can also indulge in cross-country skiing, zoom down the toboggan run, or relax in one of the wellness resorts in the region. After a day of exploration, you can conclude your day in the après-ski bars with a drink!
