This modern detached chalet offers beautiful views of Gerlosplatte, and it's situated on a quiet street in Königsleiten. In the spacious living room, there's ample space to relax, as well as comfortable sofas and relaxing chairs. The living room has underfloor heating and a traditional Austrian-style tiled stove that will keep you nice and warm throughout the winter season. The kitchen is fully equipped for making delicious meals, and the traditional Austrian-style dining area is perfect for enjoying dinners with family and friends. There are many facilities, such as a supermarket, ATM, tourist information stops, sports shops, and several restaurants, that are located within walking distance of the chalet.

In winter, you'll only be 50 metres from the Märchenwald ski slope. It's an ideal place to get warmed up and prepared to embark on some more adventures! Via this ski slope, you'll enter through the middle of the vast ski area of Zillertal Arena. The ski bus stops within walking distance of the chalet and can quickly connect you to other stops, including the Dorfbahn ski lift, which can transport you to an altitude of 2,000 metres. In addition to the mountain station, high-altitude trails for cross-country skiing also begin there. This winter sports village has a vibrant après-ski and several Austrian restaurants. After a day in the snow, there is nothing better than to give your muscles a moment to rest. Take a visit to the sauna hut, a perfect place to indulge, which is located just next to the chalet.

In summer, you can enjoy enchanting Austrian landscapes and fresh air, right from the apartment's terrace. Because of its south-facing location, you can enjoy optimal hours of sunshine. In the immediate vicinity, you can enjoy any number of exciting activities and excursions. How about a beautiful mountain walk, travelling along any of the many nature trails? Failing that, why not rent a mountain bike, or an E-bike, and set off along one of the many bike paths? You'll also want to make time to visit the Krimmler waterfalls. Summer tobogganing on the Alpine Coaster is another must for those looking to make magical memories during their stay in this stunning part of Austria.
