In this charming 4-person apartment you can enjoy a memorable holiday in Königsleiten. The apartment is located on the first floor of the Wiesberger complex in the centre of this enchanting mountain village at an altitude of approximately 1,600 metres. This apartment is fully equipped for a fantastic stay, with a kitchen kitted out with all the essentials, a modern bathroom with shower and toilet, plus a cosy living room with sitting area and dining table. There are two bedrooms on offer, one of which has two single beds, while the other is furnished with bunk beds. You can also enjoy easy access to a sunny balcony from your living area, which makes the perfect spot for outdoor dining and relaxing while you take in the views.
In winter you're within easy reach of freshly prepared slopes when you stay at this apartment. The ski bus stops near the property, providing you with quick connections to the Märchenwiese descent and the Sonnwendkopfbahn ski lift. This lift connects you to the numerous prepared slopes of the Zillertal Arena, a versatile ski area that's ideal for families and big groups of mixed proficiency level. From Königsleiten you can also enjoy cross-country adventure, with the option to ski or snowboard all the way to Zell am Ziller. At the end of a day on the slopes, you can go for a quick après-ski or find a bite to eat in one of many restaurants in the area.
In summer, the area offers something for every type of holidaymaker. Nature lovers can take relaxing walks through the beautiful mountain scenery, with plenty of hiking trails to choose from. Are you more of an outdoor pursuits type of person? Opt for a more intensive hike across challenging terrain or hop on a mountain bike and explore the scenery on two wheels. The Zillertal Arena has specially designed mountain bike trails that vary in difficulty, ensuring plenty of variety. Mountain bikes can be rented at one of the sports shops in Königsleiten. The Krimmler Waterfalls are a great sight for young and old alike, so make sure you pencil this into your schedule. There are several restaurants where you can take a break if you venture to the top of the waterfall, so you can reward yourself with an Austrian delicacy once you've arrived at the top.
