On the edge of the charming mountain village of Königsleiten lies this cosy, detached chalet. The Jan Senn Hütte chalet has a sunny location overlooking the beautiful mountains, with ample space for seven people to stay in comfort. The cosy living room has a typical Austrian design with sitting area, electric stove and intimate dining area. The open kitchen is fully equipped, ensuring you can cook delicious meals every day of your stay. Sleeping arrangements are divided across three bedrooms with a double bed in each, with one of the bedrooms also including single bunk beds. After an active day out, retreat back to the chalet and enjoy a relaxing session in the sauna.
In winter you will find everything you need in Königsleiten within walking distance. Step from the chalet and you're immediately on the slopes, which run past the property itself. For your daily shopping needs, you'll find a nearby supermarket where you can stock up on supplies, not to mention a generous selection of restaurants for when you're in the mood in to eat out. This chalet and the surrounding slopes lie in a car-free area, creating a great après-ski atmosphere.
In summer this is a fantastic place to base yourself for a holiday to remember. You'll be situated at a generous height above Königsleiten, so you have one of the most beautiful views of the village around. Start your morning with a delicious breakfast on the sunny terrace, while the children can have fun on the playground in the garden. Then head into the mountains for a hike and in the evening, settle down on that lovely terrace once more with a glass of wine in hand as you take in the stunning surroundings as the sun goes down. Need more inspiration? Enjoy all manner of water sports at the Durlaβboden Reservoir, schedule in a trip to the Krimmler Waterfalls and the adjacent WasserWunderWelt theme park, or brave the flying fox zip wire. All this and more awaits you when you stay in this stunning part of Austria.

From late afternoon onwards, you’ve plenty to keep you occupied and entertained in the vicinity.
