Haus Klaus is a modern, recently renovated holiday apartment for up to 6 guests in Königsleiten in the Zillertal Arena. Located directly opposite the beginners' ski slope, this apartment offers quick access to the ski area. With a living space of approximately 40 m², a practical layout and contemporary furnishings, Haus Klaus is a comfortable base for a holiday in the Austrian Alps.
The living area features a comfortable seating area with a sofa, two armchairs, a television and a DVD player. A sofa bed and a flexible fold-away bunk bed provide additional sleeping accommodation. The open-plan kitchen with dining area is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven and four-burner hob.
The bedroom includes a double bed (180 x 200 cm), an additional fold-away bed (90 x 200 cm) and a television. The apartment also offers a bathroom with a shower and washbasin, a separate toilet and a hallway with storage space. On the east-facing balcony, you can enjoy the morning sun. Skis and other equipment can be stored in the storage room in the shared garage.
In winter, you benefit from the excellent location of Haus Klaus directly opposite the beginners' slope of Königsleiten. In the morning, simply cross the road, step into your skis and take the drag lift to the gondola. From there, you have direct access to the extensive ski area of the Zillertal Arena. After an enjoyable day on the slopes, you can ski back to near the apartment. Your ski equipment can then be conveniently stored in the storage room before you settle in for a relaxing evening.
In summer, Haus Klaus offers a comfortable place to stay in Königsleiten. Start your day on the east-facing balcony while enjoying the first sunshine of the morning. After a day spent in the mountains, return to a modern holiday apartment with a practical layout and all essential amenities within easy reach.

In Königsleiten you’re right in the middle of the action: During the day, sunny, snow-sure ski areas begin right on your doorstep. From late afternoon onwards, you’ve plenty to keep you occupied and entertained in the vicinity. On the slopes and in the village, a hearty après-ski begins early, with no excuses for not joining in with the party atmosphere. At an altitude of 1600 metres, the village is even higher than the Gerlos Pass! Ideal for slope fanatics and lovers of romantic mountain panoramas. Alternatively, adventure is never far away when you enjoy a summertime break here. Lying on the border between Tyrol and Salzburgerland, the views are really something here. The snow-capped peaks slowly turn green as the summer temperatures settle in, while the Hohe Tauern National Park (one of the largest in Europe) provides you with plenty of ground to cover when you’re out exploring.
