This cosy apartment for up to 4 guests enjoys a central location in Königsleiten and offers stunning views of the surrounding mountains. Thanks to its modern Austrian-style interior, practical layout and convenient setting, it is an excellent base for couples, small families or friends looking to enjoy a mountain holiday. The living room features a comfortable seating area and a double sofa bed. The open-plan kitchen with dining area is fully equipped for preparing meals and enjoying time together. The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed. In addition, there is a charming sleeping gallery with a double bed, creating a unique and inviting layout. This gives you the flexibility to choose between the bedroom, the sleeping gallery or the sofa bed in the living room.
The bathroom is fitted with a shower, washbasin and washing machine. There is also a separate toilet. From the apartment, you have access to the balcony, where you can enjoy the mountain views and the fresh alpine air. A shared ski storage room is available for skis and ski boots.
In winter, you stay in a central location in the charming mountain village of Königsleiten. The beginners’ practice area is located almost directly next to the apartment, while the Märchenwald piste is within walking distance, providing quick access to the extensive Zillertal Arena ski area. Thanks to the apartment’s location in the village, shops, restaurants and other amenities are all close by. After an active day on the slopes, return to the apartment and enjoy the beautiful views of the snow-covered mountains.
In summer, this apartment is an ideal base for hikers, cyclists and nature lovers. From Königsleiten, you can easily access a variety of hiking and mountain biking trails that lead through the impressive mountain scenery of the Hohe Tauern National Park. Excursions to mountain lakes, waterfalls and traditional alpine huts are also well worth exploring. After a day outdoors, relax on the balcony and enjoy the peace, fresh mountain air and magnificent mountain views.
