This apartment offers ample space for four guests to enjoy a comfortable stay. It features a spacious lounging area with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen for making meals, plus a dining area. Thanks to a generously proportioned bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, you can count on a great night's sleep when staying here. There's an additional sofabed in the living room that can be used for extra sleeping arrangements as well. The bathroom features a shower, a double sink, and a toilet. This means you'll have everything needed in order to feel fresh and relaxed at the beginning and at the end of every fun, busy day. Those driving to this apartment can find a parking space in the garage, which is located underneath the chalet complex.

In Königsleiten you’re right in the middle of the action: During the day, sunny, snow-sure ski areas begin right on your doorstep. From late afternoon onwards, you’ve plenty to keep you occupied and entertained in the vicinity. On the slopes and in the village, a hearty après-ski begins early, with no excuses for not joining in with the party atmosphere. At an altitude of 1600 metres, the village is even higher than the Gerlos Pass! Ideal for slope fanatics and lovers of romantic mountain panoramas. This charming village sits at an altitude of approximately 1,600 metres, making it an incredibly popular destination for ski lovers and snowboarders. Alternatively, adventure is never far away when you enjoy a summertime break here. Lying on the border between Tyrol and Salzburgerland, the views are really something here. The snow-capped peaks slowly turn green as the summer temperatures settle in, while the Hohe Tauern National Park (one of the largest in Europe) provides you with plenty of ground to cover when you’re out exploring.
