Chalet Mariandel is a spacious and comfortable chalet for up to 8 guests in Königsleiten. This detached chalet is located directly on the practice slope and offers a true ski in ski- out location. The gondola lift is also close to the chalet. Its warm interior, wellness area with a Finnish sauna, separate TV room and three bedrooms each with a private bathroom provide plenty of comfort during your stay in the mountains. The living floor features a comfortable sitting area, a spacious dining area and an open kitchen where you can cook and dine together. Thanks to the generous layout, there is plenty of space to spend time together or enjoy some privacy. The separate TV room is also a great place to watch a movie together. After an active day outdoors, you can unwind in the wellness area with a Finnish sauna, bathtub, shower and relaxation chair. Chalet Mariandel also features a ski storage room, a south facing balcony and a south facing terrace. The combination of space, comfort and a convenient location makes this chalet an excellent base for a stay in Königsleiten.
In winter, you stay directly on the practice slope in Königsleiten. Thanks to the ski in ski out location, you can step straight onto the slopes and explore the extensive Zillertal Arena ski area. The nearby gondola lift provides quick access to the different slopes throughout the ski region. After a day in the snow, you can relax in the sauna or enjoy a movie in the comfortable TV room.
In summer, Chalet Mariandel is a great base for exploring the surroundings of Königsleiten. The mountains around the village offer excellent opportunities for hiking, cycling and a variety of outdoor activities. The famous Krimml Waterfalls are also well worth a visit. At the Durlaßboden reservoir you can enjoy water sports, take a refreshing swim or spend a relaxing day by the water. On sunny days, the south facing balcony and terrace provides a pleasant place to sit outside
