As the name suggests, this apartment boasts a central location in the charming village of Königsleiten. At an altitude of 1,600 metres, it's perfect for enjoying a holiday filled with memorable outdoor pursuits, while stunning views of the surrounding mountainside come as standard. There are several restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance, while the apartment itself scores highly for space, with ample room to accommodate groups of up to 10 people. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The living room boasts a comfortable sitting area and dining space, not to mention a fully equipped kitchen. One bedroom includes a double bed, while the second includes a double bed and bunk bed. A third bedroom has a double bed and television. Pets are also allowed upon request, so your four-legged friend doesn't need to be left behind.

In winter, this is the perfect starting point for the winter sportsman! The apartment is located directly on the practice area and within two minutes, you'll reach the Dorfbahn gondola that takes you up to the many slopes. The Zillertal Arena Ski Area is very diverse and ideal for young and old, beginners and advanced skiers. The ski lessons of the ski school start in front of the door, which is a real luxury for those keen to make the most of their stay in this part of Austria. For more snow fun, there is certainly much to offer within the Zillertal Arena, with visitors able to discover the winter landscape during a wonderful winter hike or trip down the toboggan run. After a busy day on the slopes, visitors can retreat to the comforts of this quality holiday home and enjoy the sauna to rest and rejuvenate.

In summer, there's tons to keep you entertained in this breathtaking part of the world. The Zillertal Arena has plenty to offer the cycling enthusiast, from adventurous forest bike paths to hiking trails. The Krimmler waterfalls are definitely worth a visit! A trip to one of the cosy mountain villages in the area is also an option, with various museums and village centres with quaint restaurants and cafes. The nearby lake also offers plenty of water sports opportunities.

From late afternoon onwards, you’ve plenty to keep you occupied and entertained in the vicinity. At an altitude of 1600 metres, the village is even higher than the Gerlos Pass! Ideal for slope fanatics and lovers of romantic mountain panoramas. However, outside of the winter months, there’s plenty to love about Königsleiten. It’s an ideal summer holiday destination, with all you need to kick back, relax and unwind. Alternatively, adventure is never far away when you enjoy a summertime break here. Lying on the border between Tyrol and Salzburgerland, the views are really something here. The snow-capped peaks slowly turn green as the summer temperatures settle in, while the Hohe Tauern National Park (one of the largest in Europe) provides you with plenty of ground to cover when you’re out exploring.
