Thanks to the exceptional location of Bo Chalet, right in the centre of Königsleiten at an altitude of around 1,600 metres, it feels as though you become one with the surrounding alpine landscape. Offering space for up to 10 guests, the chalet provides a comfortable and relaxing retreat. The property features three generously sized bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, as well as an additional charming bedroom (with limited headroom <1.40 m) furnished with two single beds.
On the lower ground floor, you will find a luxurious wellness area designed entirely for relaxation. Enjoy the modern infrared sauna, refreshing shower, bathtub and comfortable loungers. Directly adjacent is a cosy cinema room with a spacious lounge sofa — the perfect spot for a film night after an active day in the mountains. Beneath the chalet is a private garage with space for two cars, and an additional two covered parking spaces are available elsewhere in the village.
In winter, the unique character of this location truly reveals itself. From the terrace, you can step straight onto the practice slope and effortlessly carve your first tracks in the snow. The Zillertal Arena, a snow-sure and versatile ski area for both beginners and advanced skiers, lies quite literally at your feet. Besides skiing and snowboarding, there are countless winter activities to enjoy: set out on a snowshoe hike, race down the toboggan run or experience a romantic horse-drawn sleigh ride in nearby Wald im Pinzgau. Here, you can enjoy the enchanting winter landscape all day long.
In summer, Bo Chalet is the ideal starting point for a relaxing holiday. After a leisurely breakfast, the mountains beckon: choose from a variety of cycling routes, explore more than 400 kilometres of hiking trails or cool off with a sailing trip on the Durlaßboden reservoir. Indulge in a traditional Austrian meal on a sunny terrace or discover the charm of the surrounding mountain villages. There is always something special to experience in the Zillertal Arena, for both young and old.

In Königsleiten you’re right in the middle of the action: During the day, sunny, snow-sure ski areas begin right on your doorstep. From late afternoon onwards, you’ve plenty to keep you occupied and entertained in the vicinity. On the slopes and in the village, a hearty après-ski begins early, with no excuses for not joining in with the party atmosphere. At an altitude of 1600 metres, the village is even higher than the Gerlos Pass! Ideal for slope fanatics and lovers of romantic mountain panoramas.
