Nationalpark Chalet Schwarze Wand is a detached chalet for up to 6 people in a beautiful location in Neukirchen am Großvenediger. Wake up to stunning views of the Großvenediger and enjoy the magnificent mountain scenery of the Hohe Tauern throughout the day. Combining luxury, comfort and wellness, this chalet is the perfect retreat for families, couples or groups of friends looking for peace and relaxation in the mountains. The modern interior features natural materials, warm colours and a cosy atmosphere. The centrepiece of the chalet is the three-sided fireplace, finished with natural stone from Rauris. The spacious living and dining area offers a comfortable seating area, a large dining table and a modern fully equipped kitchen. Floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows provide breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. For added comfort, the chalet is equipped with an LG OLED Smart TV and a Sonos sound system. The chalet features three bedrooms with comfortable double beds and three bathrooms, one of which is ensuite. After an active day in the mountains, the private sauna with adjoining relaxation room is the perfect place to unwind.
Outside, you will find a spacious south-facing terrace with a cosy seating and lounge area. The partially covered terrace with patio heating allows you to enjoy the peace and beautiful mountain views even on cooler evenings. Dogs are welcome in the chalet. The property also offers a carport for two cars and a charging station for electric vehicles.
In winter, this chalet is an excellent base for a varied ski holiday. The valley run of the family-friendly Wildkogel Arena ski area passes by the reception of the Nationalpark Chalets. From there, you can easily reach the ski bus, which takes you to the gondola station in the centre of Neukirchen within just a few minutes. The ski areas of the Zillertal Arena and the Kitzbühel Alps are also easily accessible. After a day in the snow, relax in the private sauna and store your equipment in the chalet's private ski storage room with ski boot dryer
In summer, you can enjoy peace, nature and spectacular views of the mountains of the Hohe Tauern National Park. Numerous hiking and cycling trails can be reached directly from the chalet, allowing you to explore the impressive alpine landscape. Children can have fun at the natural swimming lake near the reception, while you relax on the terrace or in the lounge area. Your stay also includes the Nationalpark Summer Card, offering a wide range of free activities and attractive discounts throughout the region.

The Ski School Neukirchen has a restart for the winter season 2017/2018 under the direction of Hans Dreier and his son Marko as a chief ski instructor. Marko is a state-certified ski instructor, ski guide and as well a diploma coach.
