Landhaus Maier Big Family combines Maier 1, Maier 2 and Maier 3 into one spacious holiday home for up to 32 guests. This beautifully renovated property enjoys a prime location in the charming village of Neukirchen am Großvenediger, with the Wildkogelbahn, restaurants, shops and other amenities all within walking distance. By renting the entire house, you can enjoy quality time together while still benefiting from the comfort and privacy of three separate apartments. The apartments have been stylishly renovated using warm wooden finishes, modern interiors and luxurious details, creating a welcoming Alpine atmosphere. Together they offer three comfortable living rooms, three fully equipped kitchens and three dining areas, making the property ideal for large families, multiple families travelling together, groups of friends or company trips.
Altogether, Landhaus Maier Big Family features 12 bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom including a shower, washbasin and toilet. Two additional separate toilets are also available. On the ground floor you will find a shared ski storage room with a ski boot dryer, while plenty of parking spaces are available outside the property. Its central location means the Wildkogelbahn, supermarket, bakery, restaurants, playground and après-ski venues are all just a short walk away, giving you everything you need for a carefree holiday in the Austrian Alps.
In winter, you'll stay in an excellent location for an unforgettable ski holiday. The Wildkogelbahn is within walking distance and provides direct access to the family friendly Wildkogel Arena. The Zillertal Arena and Kitzbühel Alps are also easy to reach if you'd like to explore even more ski areas. After a day on the slopes, relax together in one of the cosy living rooms before storing your equipment in the shared ski room with ski boot dryer.
In summer, Landhaus Maier Big Family is the perfect base for discovering the Hohe Tauern National Park. Hiking and mountain biking trails start nearby, while the Krimml Waterfalls, mountain lakes and traditional Alpine huts are all within easy reach. After an active day outdoors, spend the evening together while still enjoying the comfort and privacy of your own apartment within the house.

The Ski School Neukirchen has a restart for the winter season 2017/2018 under the direction of Hans Dreier and his son Marko as a chief ski instructor. Marko is a state-certified ski instructor, ski guide and as well a diploma coach.
