Maier 3 is a fully renovated and stylishly furnished apartment for up to 12 guests, ideally located in the charming mountain village of Neukirchen am Großvenediger. Combining warm wooden features, modern materials and high quality finishes, this apartment offers everything you need for a comfortable stay in the Alps. Thanks to its central location, the gondola lift, supermarket, bakery, restaurants and playground are all within easy walking distance.
The inviting living room, with its comfortable seating area and dining table, is the heart of the apartment. The modern kitchen is fully equipped, making it easy to prepare and enjoy meals together. Warm colours and natural materials create a cosy alpine atmosphere, making you feel at home from the moment you arrive. Maier 3 offers five bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom featuring a shower, washbasin and toilet. Two bedrooms have a double bed. One bedroom has a bunk bed, another bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a bunk bed, and the fifth bedroom has two single beds. On the ground floor, guests have access to a shared ski storage room with a ski boot dryer. Ample parking is available at the apartment.
In winter, Maier 3 is the perfect base for a varied ski holiday with the family. The Wildkogelbahn gondola is within walking distance and provides direct access to the family friendly slopes of the Wildkogel Arena. If you would like to explore even more ski areas, both the Zillertal Arena and the Kitzbühel Alps are within easy reach. After an active day on the slopes, you can return to the comfort of the apartment and store your equipment in the shared ski storage room with ski boot dryer.
In summer, Maier 3 is an excellent base for an active family holiday in the Hohe Tauern National Park. From the apartment, you can easily access numerous hiking and mountain biking trails. The famous Krimml Waterfalls, beautiful mountain lakes and traditional alpine huts are all nearby. After a day spent exploring nature, relax together in the cosy apartment or enjoy a pleasant evening on one of the village's inviting terraces.

The Ski School Neukirchen has a restart for the winter season 2017/2018 under the direction of Hans Dreier and his son Marko as a chief ski instructor. Marko is a state-certified ski instructor, ski guide and as well a diploma coach.
