Cool Chalet Family is currently being built, with rentals due to start in July 2027. The photos shown are therefore renderings intended to give an idea of what the chalet will look like once built.

Cool Chalet Family is a combination of Cool Chalet 1 and 2 and accommodates up to 32 guests, located in the mountain village of Krimml in the Zillertal Arena. By renting both adjoining chalets together, you have access to a spacious group accommodation with plenty of room to spend time together. Both chalets feature a warm Alpine Style interior and large panoramic windows in the living rooms and kitchens, creating bright and inviting living spaces. The famous Krimml Waterfalls are nearby, and several restaurants, cafés, a swimming pool and tennis courts can be reached easily from the accommodation.

The accommodation consists of two neighbouring chalets, each with its own living room, open-plan kitchen and large dining area. This provides multiple communal spaces for the entire group. In total, there are ten bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom. The bedrooms are divided into two bedrooms with a double bed and ensuite bathroom, four bedrooms with a double bed, single bed and ensuite bathroom, and four bedrooms with a double bed, bunk bed and ensuite bathroom. In addition, there are four separate toilets and two saunas with walk-in showers. Outside, guests can enjoy two spacious terraces with a combined area of approximately 160 m². The accommodation also offers two storage rooms with a washing machine and dryer, two ski and bicycle storage rooms with ski boot dryers, and ten parking spaces, including two covered spaces.

In winter, the ski bus takes you from Krimml to Hochkrimml, part of the Zillertal Arena. This ski area offers plenty of opportunities for an active day in the mountains when snow conditions allow. The Märchenwiese practice slope is about a 10 minute walk away, where children can gain their first skiing experience in a relaxed setting. There are also various winter activities besides skiing, such as a walk to the Krimml Waterfalls. After a day in the snow, you can unwind in one of the two saunas and store your equipment in the ski and bicycle storage rooms with ski boot dryers. The Wildkogel Arena in Neukirchen can also be reached within approximately 15 minutes by car.

In summer, Cool Chalet Family is a comfortable base for a holiday in the mountains. A panoramic hiking and cycling route runs directly behind the chalets, allowing you to start your outdoor activities straight from the accommodation. The Krimml Waterfalls are also a popular attraction nearby. After an active day outdoors, the spacious terraces offer plenty of space for dining together, having a barbecue or simply spending time outside.
