Cool Chalet 2 is currently being built, with rentals due to start in July 2027. The photos shown are therefore renderings intended to give an idea of what the chalet will look like once built.

Cool Chalet 2 is a chalet for up to 16 guests, located in the mountain village of Krimml in the Zillertal Arena. The property is designed in a warm Alpine style and is characterized by its large windows, which allow plenty of natural light into the living room and kitchen. Thanks to this open design, the living area feels bright and spacious. Outside, the chalet features a generous terrace where you can relax at any time of day. In the immediate surroundings, you will find the famous Krimml Waterfalls, several restaurants, cosy cafés, a swimming pool and tennis courts.

Inside, there is plenty of space for larger groups to stay comfortably together. The living room with seating area and fireplace forms the heart of the chalet. Adjacent to it is the open kitchen with a spacious dining area, where the whole group can gather for breakfast, dinner or a long evening around the table. From the living area, you have direct access to the terrace. Cool Chalet 2 offers five bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom. In addition, there are two separate toilets, a sauna with walk in shower, a practical storage room with washing machine and dryer, and a ski and bicycle storage room with ski boot dryer. Five parking spaces are available at the chalet, four of which are covered.

In winter, you will stay in a convenient location for a ski holiday in the Zillertal Arena. From Krimml, the ski bus takes you easily to Hochkrimml, where you can access the ski area. With sufficient snowfall, the area offers excellent opportunities for skiers and snowboarders. There are also various winter activities beyond skiing, such as a winter walk to the Krimml Waterfalls. After an active day, you can unwind in the sauna and store your equipment in the ski and bicycle storage room with ski boot dryer. If you would like to explore another ski area, the Wildkogel Arena in Neukirchen can be reached in approximately 15 minutes by car.

In summer, the green mountain landscape surrounding Cool Chalet 2 provides a wonderful base for hiking and cycling tours. A panoramic hiking and cycling trail runs directly next to the chalet, allowing you to explore the area without delay. A visit to the Krimml Waterfalls is a must during your stay in Krimml. After a day outdoors, the spacious terrace offers plenty of room to enjoy a meal together, relax and take in the fresh mountain air.
