Cool Chalet 1 is currently being built, with rentals due to start in July 2027. The photos shown are therefore renderings intended to give an idea of what the chalet will look like once built.

Cool Chalet 1 is a chalet for up to 16 people, located in the mountain village of Krimml in the Zillertal Arena. The chalet features a warm Alpine style interior and large panoramic windows in the living room and kitchen. This creates a bright and spacious feel throughout the living area. The large terrace offers plenty of space to sit outside and enjoy the fresh mountain air. The famous Krimmler Wasserfälle are nearby, and several restaurants, terraces, a swimming pool and tennis courts are all easily accessible from the holiday home.

Cool Chalet 1 offers plenty of space for larger groups to stay comfortably together. The living room with seating area and fireplace is a pleasant place to gather, while the open-plan kitchen with large dining area invites you to enjoy long evenings around the table. From the living area, you have access to the spacious terrace, which provides plenty of room to sit outside together. The chalet has five bedrooms, all with an ensuite bathroom. In addition, there are two separate toilets, a sauna with walk-in shower, a storage room with washing machine and dryer, and a ski storage room and bicycle storage room with ski boot dryer. There are five parking spaces available, one of which is covered.

In winter, the ski bus takes you from Krimml to Hochkrimml, part of the Zillertal Arena. Known for its reliable snow conditions when snowfall is sufficient, this ski area offers plenty of opportunities for an active day in the mountains. Families with young children will appreciate the Märchenwiese, located about a 10 minute walk from the chalet. This practice slope provides a comfortable setting where children can build confidence and learn the basics of skiing. There is also plenty to enjoy away from the slopes. Take a winter walk to the Krimml Waterfalls or explore the village in its winter atmosphere. Back at the chalet, you can relax in the sauna and store your winter sports equipment in the ski and bicycle storage room with ski boot dryer. Looking to discover another ski area? In summer, the location of Cool Chalet 1 truly comes into its own. The chalet is set in a green mountain landscape where hiking and cycling take centre stage. A panoramic walking and cycling route runs behind the property, allowing you to set off directly from the holiday home. Krimmler Wasserfälle is also a popular attraction in the area. After an active day outdoors, the spacious terrace offers plenty of opportunity to enjoy a meal together, have a barbecue or simply spend some time outside.
