Enjoying life at 1,700 metres altitude in Hochkrimml (Silberleiten). The charmingly furnished Snowfall apartment with balcony is located at an altitude of approximately 1,700 metres in Silberleiten, on the border of Salzburgerland and Tyrol. From the living room you can enjoy stunning views of the mountain landscape around Gerlos and Königsleiten, a panorama that continues to impress throughout the day. The apartment accommodates up to 8 guests and is ideal for families or a group of friends. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and invites you to enjoy cosy meals together. After an active day in the mountains, the comfortable seating area is the perfect place to relax. For extra relaxation, the private wellness area features a Finnish sauna, shower, washbasin and separate toilet. Sleeping arrangements include two bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with a double bed and bunk bed. Two parking spaces are available directly at the apartment.
In winter, you stay right in the heart of the extensive Zillertal Arena ski area, offering a wide range of blue, red and black slopes. The pistes at the Plattenalm are within walking distance and are directly connected to Königsleiten, allowing for beautiful ski tours towards Gerlos and even Zell am Ziller. A ski school, ski rental and a cosy mountain restaurant are also located nearby. Thanks to the high altitude, snow conditions are generally excellent. Beyond skiing, there is plenty of winter fun, including scenic cross-country ski trails and illuminated toboggan runs in the area during the evening. There are even two ski lockers for two people each available at the lift, what a luxury!
In summer, this is a wonderful place to enjoy peace, nature and active outings. Green alpine meadows and impressive mountain panoramas invite you to go hiking and cycling. For families, the WasserWunderWelt theme park is a fun and educational excursion, located close to the impressive Krimml Waterfalls. On warm days, the Durlaßboden reservoir offers refreshment with opportunities for swimming and various water sports. Older children and teenagers will also find plenty to enjoy, with challenging mountain bike trails, climbing parks and outdoor activities such as climbing and guided via ferrata routes. A ride on the Pinzgauer Lokalbahn through picturesque mountain villages is also highly recommended.
After a day full of activities, it is always a pleasure to return to this comfortable apartment – a place where relaxation and enjoyment take centre stage in every season.

Ski School Krimml
The ski school of Hochkrimml is located in the community of "Filtzstein".
Both the beginner with only 1 to 2 weeks ski experience or the more advanced skier wanting to learn that art of deep snow skiing, slalom skiing or carving are accompanied by excellent Ski School Krimml ski & snowboard instructors. The ski school offers a wide range of courses varying from group and private lessons for skiers and snowboarders to touring and deep snow skiing courses, cross-country courses and race courses for skiers.
Kids
At Ski School Krimml also the youngest amongst us can learn skiing in a playful manner. The lessons are given in varies degrees of difficulty. The new Kids-Funpark compleets the play experience.

Skischule Krimml
Ausgezeichnet ausgebildete Ski- und Snowboardlehrer der Skischule Krimml begleiten sowohl Anfänger mit nur 1 oder 2 Wochen Erfahrung bis fortgeschrittene Skifahrer, welche die Kunst des Tiefschneeskifahrens, Carvings oder des Slaloms erlernen möchten. Das Kursangebot variiert von Gruppen- und Privatstunden für Skifahrer und Snowboarder über Tour- und Tiefschnee Skikurse bis hin zu Langlaufkursen und Kursen für Wettkampffahrer.

Zowel beginners met slechts 1 tot 2 weken ski ervaring tot de gevorderde skiër die de kunst van het diepsneeuw skiën, carven of slalom skiën onder de knie wil krijgen worden bij Skischool Krimml begeleid door excellent ski- & snowboard instructeurs. Het cursus aanbod varieert van groep en privélessen voor skiërs en snowboarders tot toer- en diepsneeuw ski cursussen, langlauf cursussen en cursussen voor wedstrijdskiërs
