Every season is perfect for a relaxing stay in very modern and luxuriously furnished homes of Sam Alm. Here you will find a spacious and bright living room with a comfortable corner sofa which can also be used as a sofa bed. The large windows provide a lot of light and a fantastic view of the mountains. You can prepare a delicious meal in no time in the fully equipped kitchen, which you can enjoy at the dining table with the whole family. From the living room, you can step onto the sunny southeast facing terrace and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. What more could you want? There are three spacious bedrooms, one of which is located on the ground floor and the other two on the floor below. The bedroom on the ground floor has a lovely double bed with an en-suite bathroom, and you even have a balcony, from which you can enjoy the pure mountain air in the morning or before going to sleep. The other two spacious 4-person bedrooms each offer a double bed and a bunk bed. One bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom, and the third bathroom is a wonderful wellness area with a Finnish sauna that you can set to different heat levels (60 + 90 C). On both the ground floor and the first floor, there is a connecting door between 2 houses (Top 1 and Top 2). This is fantastic for large families, families or groups of friends (maximum 20 people).

In winter, you can start the day quietly with a delicious breakfast. From Sam Alm, you can walk to the Filzsteinalm, where you can go skiing or snowboarding and enjoy the winter wonderland. This large and snow-sure Zillertal Arena ski area is perfect for both beginners and advanced skiers, young and old. Besides skiing and snowboarding, there are plenty of other activities in the area; Cross-country skiing is also highly recommended or think of the enormous fun during tobogganing or snow tubing or enjoy the beautiful surroundings during a horse-drawn sleigh ride. After a day full of winter fun, you can ski back to Sam Alm when there is enough snowfall, where you can store your belongings in the shared ski storage room and enjoy a day full of winter experiences.

In the summer, but certainly also in the spring and autumn, you cannot start the day better from Sam Alm. After a delicious breakfast with sandwiches from the bakery (bread service), it is absolutely worthwhile to explore the beautiful surroundings. Grab your own or rented bicycle from the bicycle shed (with even a charging point for E-Bikes!) To discover the many active mountain bike and cycling routes. But don't forget to bring walking shoes, plenty of options. You will be amazed by the breathtaking mountain peaks! Get in the car and descend Gerlos Pass with several vantage points over Europe's highest tiered waterfall! Continue to the foot of the Krimmler waterfall and visit the "WasserWunderWelt" theme park. Or challenge yourself to explore the mountains by means of Klettern (climbing) or canyoning accompanied by experienced guides. For real daredevils, there is the Gipfelliner and the Arena Skyliner. Are you brave enough?
