Latschen Lodge 3 is a spacious and modern penthouse apartment for up to 9 people, located in Hochkrimml on the Gerlosplatte. The apartment is situated at the edge of the forest, directly next to the cross-country ski trail, and offers open views of the surrounding nature. Thanks to the combination of tranquillity, space and its favourable location close to the slopes, this is an ideal place for families or groups of friends to enjoy a comfortable holiday in the mountains together. The interior is designed in a modern alpine style with plenty of wood, soft fabrics and a high-quality finish. The living room forms the heart of the apartment and features a comfortable seating area where you can relax after an active day in the mountains. Large windows provide plenty of natural light and bring the mountain scenery indoors. The spacious dining area invites you to cook together, enjoy long dinners and talk about the day’s adventures. The apartment has three bedrooms. One bedroom features a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with steam shower, washbasin and toilet. The second bedroom has a double bed and a single bed on a sleeping loft (or a foldaway bed). The third bedroom features a double bed and a bunk bed, making it a cosy family room for children or friends. In addition, there is a second bathroom with walk-in shower, double washbasin and toilet, as well as an additional separate toilet. From the living room you have access to the spacious balcony at the edge of the forest, where you can enjoy the surrounding natural scenery. A shared ski storage room with ski boot dryer is available for skis and ski boots.
In winter, you stay here in an excellent location for an active and snow-reliable ski holiday. The Duxer X-Press lift is about 400 metres away and provides direct access to the Zillertal Arena ski area, offering kilometres of slopes for both beginners and advanced skiers. Ski rental, a supermarket and the restaurant at the Duxeralm are also located here. Thanks to this central location you can often leave the car parked and quickly reach the slopes. Cross-country skiers have it even easier, as the cross-country trail runs right past the apartment. After a day in the snow you can store your skis in the ski storage and place your ski boots on the boot dryer, ready for another comfortable day on the slopes.
In summer, Hochkrimml becomes a beautiful destination for hikers, cyclists and nature lovers. From the apartment at the edge of the forest you can easily access several hiking and mountain bike routes that lead through alpine meadows, along mountain streams and to impressive viewpoints. The famous Krimml Waterfalls and the Durlaßboden reservoir are also nearby, where you can swim, go boating or enjoy stand-up paddling on warm days. Here you can fully enjoy the peace, fresh mountain air and the impressive landscape of the Hohe Tauern.

Ski School Krimml
The ski school of Hochkrimml is located in the community of "Filtzstein".
Both the beginner with only 1 to 2 weeks ski experience or the more advanced skier wanting to learn that art of deep snow skiing, slalom skiing or carving are accompanied by excellent Ski School Krimml ski & snowboard instructors. The ski school offers a wide range of courses varying from group and private lessons for skiers and snowboarders to touring and deep snow skiing courses, cross-country courses and race courses for skiers.
Kids
At Ski School Krimml also the youngest amongst us can learn skiing in a playful manner. The lessons are given in varies degrees of difficulty. The new Kids-Funpark compleets the play experience.

Skischule Krimml
Ausgezeichnet ausgebildete Ski- und Snowboardlehrer der Skischule Krimml begleiten sowohl Anfänger mit nur 1 oder 2 Wochen Erfahrung bis fortgeschrittene Skifahrer, welche die Kunst des Tiefschneeskifahrens, Carvings oder des Slaloms erlernen möchten. Das Kursangebot variiert von Gruppen- und Privatstunden für Skifahrer und Snowboarder über Tour- und Tiefschnee Skikurse bis hin zu Langlaufkursen und Kursen für Wettkampffahrer.

Skischool Krimml
Zowel beginners met slechts 1 tot 2 weken ski ervaring tot de gevorderde skiër die de kunst van het diepsneeuw skiën, carven of slalom skiën onder de knie wil krijgen worden bij Skischool Krimml begeleid door excellent ski- & snowboard instructeurs. Het cursus aanbod varieert van groep en privélessen voor skiërs en snowboarders tot toer- en diepsneeuw ski cursussen, langlauf cursussen en cursussen voor wedstrijdskiërs
Kinderen
Bij Skischool Krimml kunnen ook de kleinste onder ons terecht om spelenderwijs de technieken van het skiën te leren. De skilessen zijn voor kinderen van diverse niveaus. Daarnaast is er het nieuwe Kids-Funpark die de speel ervaring compleet maakt.
