Located on the outskirts of the quaint village of Sankt Margarethen im Lungau, this beautiful chalet sits at an impressive altitude of 1,065 metres. The apartment is on the ground floor of the complex and features a south-facing terrace with stunning views. The renovated apartment (spring 2019) is neatly arranged with comfortable furnishings. It offers plenty of room and can easily accommodate up to six people with its two bedrooms and a fully appointed bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and the other includes two bunk beds. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to cook up a storm, while the dining area is perfect for gathering around for mealtimes. Furthermore, the living room has a cosy wood-burning stove. One car can be parked at the apartment complex, and there's also plenty of amenities located just a short stroll away.

In winter, it really is ski-in, ski-out! Not only is the ski slope nearby, but the gondola is as well! The gondola has all the facilities you'll need, including a large ski depot, a sports shop, and a ski school. The ski area of Aineck-Katschberg is ideal for families. The slopes in this area range from 1,100-2,200 meters altitude. One of the most famous ski slopes is the A1, a 6-kilometre-long run that's one of Austria's longest slopes. The apartment has a ski storage room that you can use to hang up your equipment. In addition, with the Lungau ski card, you can also ski the nearby areas of Grosseck-Speiereck and Fanningberg. After you're back inside the apartment, have a wonderful time next to a crackling fire in the wood-burning stove.

In summer, you can enjoy a wonderful holiday! Enjoy a good book on the terrace while the children play on the meadow, or head out and explore because the Lungau holiday region has so much to offer. Visit some of the castles, churches, or museums in the area. Water fun is guaranteed at any of the pools located in the surrounding villages, or you can explore nature by foot, bike, or horseback! The Taurachbahn is also worth a visit. On Austria's highest narrow-gauge railway, there's a historic steam locomotive that travels between Mauterndorf to St. Andrä, which runs from June through September.
