In winter, the apartment is ideally located between two major ski areas: Zell am See - Kaprun and the Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn. With sufficient snow, you can ski from the apartment and walk to the ZellamSeeXpress that takes you to the Schmittenhöhe. Or you can head to the Schönleitenbahn in the extensive ski area of Saalbach. Zell am See is a family ski area and perfect for winter sports enthusiasts of all levels. The diverse slopes offer breathtaking views of Lake Zell. This lake also offers many activities. You can enjoy winter views from the water during a winter cruise or from the land during a winter hike. With a bit of luck, you can even ice skate on the lake. Looking for more challenge? Then the extensive ski area in the Saalbach vicinity with 270 km of slopes is perfect. You can also cross-country ski, race down the toboggan run, or relax in one of the wellness resorts in the region. After a day of adventure, you can end the day in the après-ski bars with a drink!
