This attractively furnished 3-floor chalet is only a 10-minute walk from the charming village centre. On the ground floor, there""s a large bedroom with 2 two-person beds. There""s also a luxurious relaxation room with a Finnish sauna! The second floor features a large living room with a cosy sitting area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious dining area. From the living room, you can access a spacious balcony and enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. There""s also another bedroom, which includes an en-suite bathroom and a double bed. The other three bedrooms are located on the top floor, including one with an ensuite bathroom.
In winter, there's a ski bus (150 meters away from the chalet) that can take you to the Grosseck/Speiereck ski area in just 5 minutes. If you're seeking a full day of winter sports fun, you can also visit the extensive Obertauern ski area, which is just 15 minutes away. The Fanningberg Ski resort is also a great option! If you’re not into skiing, you can explore the winter hiking trail that takes you past the castle of Mauterndorf. After an active day in the snow, there is nothing quite as wonderful as relaxing in the Finnish sauna. Afterwards, gather everyone around the warm wood fireplace and chat about the experiences of the day together.
In summer, enjoy the spacious balcony/terrace of Chalet Grau! Relax and enjoy all of the comforts the chalet has to offer, or you can go out for a nice walk.
