Tips:

1. SuperSkiCard

With the SuperSkiCard, you get access to an extensive network of ski areas spread across Salzburg, Tyrol, Kitzbühel and Dachstein West. In total, around 88 ski resorts are included, offering more than 2,800 kilometers of slopes.

This ski pass is especially interesting if you:

  • want to combine multiple regions
  • go on winter sports holidays several times per season
  • are looking for maximum flexibility

6 days (season 2025/2026):

  • Adults: €390
  • Youth: €319
  • Children: €213

More info: SuperSkiCard
Please note: the SuperSkiCard consists of separate ski areas and is not one fully interconnected ski area.

2. Zillertal Superskipass

The Zillertal Superskipass is ideal for those who want to explore the entire Zillertal and surrounding areas with just one ski pass. This pass is valid in all major ski areas of the valley and beyond.

The ski pass gives access to:

  • Zillertal Arena
  • Mayrhofner Bergbahnen (Ahorn & Penken)
  • Hochzillertal–Hochfügen & Spieljoch
  • Ski & Glacier World Zillertal 3000 (incl. Hintertux Glacier)
  • Wildkogel Arena (Neukirchen & Bramberg – valid from 2 days or more)

Together, these areas offer more than 500 kilometers of slopes and plenty of variety, from glacier skiing to wide family-friendly runs.

6 days (season 2025/2026):

  • Adults: €384
  • Youth: €307.50
  • Children: €173

An excellent choice for those who like to combine multiple ski areas without having to buy a new ski pass each time.

3. Ski ALPIN CARD

The Ski ALPIN CARD is the ski pass for the large, interconnected ski region around Zell am See and Saalbach. With this pass, you can ski in:

  • Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn
  • Schmittenhöhe (Zell am See)
  • Kitzsteinhorn & Maiskogel (Kaprun)

6 days (season 2025/2026, high season):

  • Adults: €425
  • Youth: €318.50
  • Children: €212.50

Even if you plan to ski only in Saalbach-Hinterglemm, you will need this pass; a separate “Saalbach-only” ski pass is no longer available.

3. Combination Advantage

A 6-day ski pass is often more cost-effective than individual day passes.

4. Family Discounts

Many areas offer discounts for children and youth, making it perfect for a family ski week.

Money-saving tips for your ski week

  • Book early: Booking online and in advance often provides discounts!
  • Regional passes: Check if a pass like the Zillertal Superskipass or Ski ALPIN CARD offers you more value.
  • Group discounts: Booking together with friends or family can be especially advantageous.

Conclusion

For a week of skiing in Austria, it’s wise to carefully consider in advance which ski pass best suits your needs. Want to explore multiple areas? Then choose a combination pass such as the Zillertal Superskipass, SuperSkiCard, or Ski ALPIN CARD. Stay informed about current prices to secure the best deal.
