The living area offers a comfortable seating area with a sofa bed, a flat-screen TV with streaming services and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, allowing you to stay connected while cooking. The modern bathroom is fitted with a pleasant rain shower, soft towels and luxurious Rituals toiletries. The perfect place to unwind after a day in the mountains. Through the large sliding doors, you step directly onto the furnished private terrace, where you can enjoy the fresh mountain air and the beautiful surroundings of the Rauris Valley.  Breakfast is included: spreads, milk and juice are provided in the refrigerator upon arrival, and fresh bread rolls are delivered to your door every morning. 

In winter, Rauris is a wonderful destination for lovers of snow, nature and relaxed winter sports. The ski area is known for its well-organised slopes, short waiting times and laid-back atmosphere, making it suitable for both beginners and experienced skiers. Cross-country skiers, snowshoe hikers and winter walkers will also find plenty to enjoy. The first ski lift is easily accessible: after a short walk, you reach the nearby valley run (red slope 10), from where you can ski directly towards the Kreuzbodenbahn. For extra convenience, the ski bus stops almost right in front of the property and takes you comfortably to the lift or gondola, ensuring a stress-free start to your ski day.

In summer, Rauris is an ideal destination for nature lovers, those seeking tranquillity and active holidaymakers. The green valley in the Salzburg region lies in the heart of the Hohe Tauern National Park and offers countless opportunities for hiking and cycling. The gondola takes you comfortably up to around 1,800 metres, where scenic walking trails, panoramic views and family-friendly activities such as Tilly’s forest trail await. The Rauris primeval forest is another unique place to explore.
