A Golden Surprise
Some guests may receive a ChaletsPlus Golden Ticket during their stay. A Golden Ticket grants €1000 discount on a future stay booked through ChaletsPlus. Please read the terms below carefully before redeeming your Golden Ticket.
How it works
Selected guests may receive a Golden Ticket during their stay at a ChaletsPlus accommodation. The Golden Ticket can be redeemed for a discount of €1000 on a future booking made through ChaletsPlus. Golden Tickets are issued as part of a guest loyalty and marketing campaign and are non-transferable unless explicitly approved by ChaletsPlus.
Validity
- The Golden Ticket is valid from May until November 2027
- The booking must be confirmed before the expiry date
- The stay itself may take place after the expiry date, subject to availability
Redemption conditions
- The Golden Ticket is valid for one-time use only
- Only one Golden Ticket may be used per booking
- The Golden Ticket must be mentioned at the time of booking
- To redeem the Golden Ticket, guests must mention their Golden Ticket at the time of booking
- Guests must provide the unique ticket number during the booking process
- ChaletsPlus reserves the right to request presentation of the original Golden Ticket for validation purposes
- Discounts cannot be applied after a booking has already been confirmed
- The discount cannot be applied retroactively to existing bookings
- The discount applies only to accommodation costs booked via ChaletsPlus
- Additional costs, deposits, tourist taxes, cleaning fees, insurance, transport and optional extras are excluded unless otherwise stated
Availability
- Redemption is subject to accommodation availability
- ChaletsPlus reserves the right to exclude specific accommodation(s), periods or arrival dates
- Blackout periods may apply, including peak holiday weeks and school holidays
Non-cash value
- The Golden Ticket has no cash value
- The Golden Ticket cannot be exchanged for money, vouchers or alternative compensation
- Unused value expires automatically and cannot be refunded
Changes & cancellations
- In case of cancellation of the booking, the Golden Ticket will be considered redeemed unless ChaletsPlus decides otherwise
- The Golden Ticket cannot be reissued after expiration
- Lost, damaged or stolen Golden Tickets will not be replaced
Misuse
ChaletsPlus reserves the right to refuse or cancel redemption in case of suspected misuse, fraud, manipulation or violation of these terms.
Liability
ChaletsPlus cannot be held liable for:
- technical issues,
- printing errors,
- lost Golden Tickets,
- or circumstances outside its reasonable control affecting redemption availability.
Privacy
Any personal data processed in relation to the Golden Ticket campaign will be handled in accordance with the ChaletsPlus privacy policy.
Final provisions
ChaletsPlus reserves the right to:
- modify these terms,
- adjust the campaign,
- or terminate the campaign at any time if circumstances require.
Any changes will be published on this page.
Dutch law applies to this campaign.
