Spend a holiday in the National Park Chalets

This beautiful chalet village, located on the south slope, and in winter on the slopes, in Neukirchen am Großvenediger, was completed entirely in 2021 and is a delightful place to spend your holiday. The 63 luxury chalets have a beautiful view of the many mountain peaks of the Hohe Tauern National Park, Europe's largest nature park. Fun fact: all chalets are named after one of these mountain peaks. You reach the picturesque village centre within a 10-minute walk (via a lovely route through the forest). The shopping street consists of several restaurants, clothing stores, a post office, a bank, a butcher and two supermarkets. There are also Schirm bars and ski huts where you can enjoy après-ski to your heart's content.

The luxury chalets have a high-quality finish and are fully equipped. All chalets are owned by homeowners. As a result, no chalet is the same! You will see the personal stamp of the owner in every chalet, both in terms of layout and interior styling.

All floors have access to a balcony/terrace overlooking the beautiful mountain valley. The view will not bore you. Warm up by a crackling fire and prepare a complete meal in the fully equipped kitchen. It's all possible in the National Park Chalets! Almost all bedrooms have a private bathroom or share a luxurious bathroom. Relax in the Finnish sauna of a National Park Chalet, some of which even have a panoramic window with a view of the impressive mountain landscape!

Winter in the National Park Chalets

In the winter, winter sports enthusiasts can use the drag lift on the edge of the National Park Chalets. This lift connects you to the Wildkogel Arena ski area, as the valley descent runs directly past the National Park Chalets. At the bottom of the valley descent, the ski bus takes you to one of the following ski areas:

• Kid-friendly Wildkogel Arena (Wildkogelbahn in Neukirchen)
• Expansive Kitzbüheler Alpen (Panoramabahn in Hollersbach)
• Challenging Zillertal Arena (Dorfbahn in Königsleiten)

Winter facilities:

• Ski slope with its own ski lift (tow lift)
• Nationalpark Wintercard

Summer in the National Park Chalets

In the summer, you can cool off, and the children have hours of water fun in the natural swimming pond near the reception building. In addition, you can relax on the sunbathing lawn, and there is a playground for the children. So you don't have to go far to enjoy your summer holiday!
