In addition, the bus that takes you to the Gerlosplatte stops within walking distance. Located next to this stop, the altitude trail for cross-country skiers begins. Alternatively, those after something other than skiing, can take a turn on the toboggan run, set off on a snowshoe walk, or visit the Krimmler waterfalls aboard a sleigh. Furthermore, this winter sports village has many restaurants and après-ski, so you can cap off busy days with good friends and good company.

In summer, the surroundings of Königsleiten make for a wonderful holiday destination, as they offer something for everyone.
