There's also in the second living room a comfortable and spacious 2-person sofa bed to provide additional sleeping space. The open kitchen is fully equipped so you can cook up a storm every mealtime, while the intimate dining area is perfect for mealtimes or games evenings. There are two bedrooms in total, one of which has a double bed, while the other has two single beds. There's also a balcony and south-facing terrace, allowing you to enjoy the surrounding scenery without having to leave the comfort of home. What's more, there are two covered parking spaces available for those with their own vehicles.

In winter, you'll be glad of the close proximity of this property to the Zillertal Arena ski area. The slopes are within an easy walking distance of the apartment itself, with plenty of options for skiers of all levels. You can spend a day on the slopes of the Gerlosplatte or go via Königsleiten to the large ski area with many red and black slopes. Along the way, you will find ski huts everywhere where you can warm up and have a delicious drink or snack. The fun carries on until the evening, with an illuminated toboggan run on hand to provide additional entertainment and adventure.

In summer, this is the perfect place to relax and escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Those after more high-octane enjoyment need only pull on their hiking boots and head outdoors to find a wide selection of hiking trails and cycle routes to adventure along. There's also plenty to keep you occupied in the height of the summer, with the Durlaβboden Reservoir an ideal destination for swimming, surfing, sailing or even a pedalo ride. You can also grab your swimming gear and head to the nearby Kristall baths to enjoy a few laps.
