Our vision: We focus on specific ski areas, enabling our customers to benefit from our local knowledge. We deliver the highest quality and pride ourselves on offering an all-inclusive service. Our knowledgeable and motivated staff visit all chalets on a regular basis to guarantee the highest standards of quality. This hands-on approach also nurtures their commitment to providing the best possible service for our guests.
At ChaletsPlus, we work (mainly) with our own reception desks in a select number of villages.
Our Austrian employees will welcome you on arrival, and assist you with any information, questions or immediate help you may require during your holiday.

Ton Jansen, managing director/owner of ChaletsPlus

In 1977, Ton purchased his first apartment in Königsleiten, which he rented direct to customers. This lay the foundations for ChaletsPlus. Since then, ChaletsPlus, in partnership with several municipalities, has been actively involved in the development of new chalets for sale and rent. Over the years, this has enhanced the knowledge of and within the region, and broadened its appeal.
Our knowledge and expertise provides our guests with a service that is second to none.

Yvonne Jansen, managing director/owner ChaletsPlus

Yvonne co-founded ChaletsPlus with Ton. Her tasks include maintaining contacts with property owners. Our exclusive range of apartments and exclusive contracts with owners are critical to delivering a consistently high level of service. Yvonne also works as reservation manager.

Pim Jansen, co-owner of ChaletsPlus

Pim joined ChaletsPlus in 2006 after completing his HBO studies in International Business and Languages. In his role as marketing manager, Pim is responsible for maintaining and developing the website and the reservation system.
With regard to new projects, Pim is jointly responsible for maintaining contacts with chalet owners.
